Ordering Content

We try to keep the request process as simple as possible. There are three main approaches depending upon your requirements:-

1) ONLINE FORM FOR SINGLE BRIEFS

2) FOR RECURRING BLOG / NEWS BRIEFS
These are really simple – we need to know the following (just email it through to us):-

For which site
How many pieces (please specify whether this is per week or per month)
How many words min / max per piece (we recommend mixing lengths e.g. 400-500 words)
Any required keywords (we recommend optimising for no more than one keyword per piece)
Any titles / focus suggestions (we’re happy to handle this for you but many clients / partners have their own ideas)
Anything else you think our writers need to know

3) FOR INDIVIDUAL PROJECTS / REQUIREMENTS
We try to work with our clients' / partners' own internal spreadsheet formats in order to keep things as simple as possible for you. We will take the information you provide and map it into our loading systems.

The columns we need at a minimum are:-

The site for which it is destined (no heading http:// or trailing page URLs – just the domain name)
Language (British English or American English)
Title
Description / anything the writers need to know
Minimum words
Maximum words
Deadline (must be in YYYY/MM/DD format)

If there are some general guidelines for your work that are common across all of the briefs, just list these in a covering email and we’ll add them to the system template we will create for you.
